We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Onsite Civil Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to our vision of luxury villa construction and renovations. Our brand new office is based in the prestigious One at Jumeirah Golf Estates commercial building at the main entrance of Jumeirah Golf Estates.

Job Description:

As an Onsite Civil Project Engineer at Renolux, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the execution of the company’s construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with architects, project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that all structural and civil aspects of the renovation are carried out according to plan and meet all regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise onsite construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, drawings, and timelines.

• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and safety practices.

• Ensure adherence to local building regulations, Dubai Municipality, and Trakhees requirements.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project flow and timely resolution of any issues.

• Review and approve civil design changes and updates as required during the project lifecycle.

• Ensure strict compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, and implement corrective actions where necessary.

• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and material logs.

• Liaise with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure that renovation work meets their expectations.

• Manage site resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment.

• Oversee testing and commissioning of structural works to ensure quality and stability.

• Assist in budgeting, cost control, and procurement processes related to civil engineering components of the project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

• Minimum of 3 years UAE experience in civil engineering, specifically in construction or renovation projects.

• EHS certification and strong knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites.

• Dubai Municipality and Trakhees certification are mandatory (minimum G+1 residential).

• Strong understanding of local building regulations and standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

• Proficient in project management software, AutoCAD, SketchUp and other relevant tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• UAE driving licence.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with luxury villa renovations or high-end residential projects.

• Knowledge of sustainable building practices and materials.
